Felting

Our popular felting holidays are run by the hugely enthusiastic and creative tutor Ewa Kuniczak (co-founder of the International Feltmakers Association). With over 40 years of experience in creative textiles and practising as an artist and teacher, Ewa (pronounced ‘Eva’) thrives on using her skills to help others achieve their potential. Ewa excels at instilling confidence in her students, so that they are able to develop their ideas and master the technical skills involved in felting.

Ewa’s over-arching experience in the principles of Art and Design and flexible approach ensure that her courses include a wide range of textile disciplines. You’ll come away from one of her felting breaks with beautiful creative pieces and the skills to continue felting at home.
Many of her students have heard of Ewa from other felters, or are returning to enjoy further courses.
