Great workshop with Rachel, who was very welcoming and generous with her teaching and sharing of ideas. Great choice of materials and support when needed. Rachel was very attentive to everyone and I will certainly go back for another workshop.

Rachel is a great teacher – and gets all the points over in a relaxed & enjoyable manner. Great fun and very therapeutic.

A really enjoyable workshop and a great introduction to both working with slate and mosaic making. Rachel explains the techniques well in a friendly and informative manner. She’s a mine of information and has a wonderful range of materials to work with. I can’t believe how quickly the time passed and it was great to come away with a finished piece of work.

Rachel is a patient and encouraging teacher. She gave comprehensive information regarding material and method and helped when needed. It was a super working atmosphere. I came from Germany to attend this workshop and I’m happy that I did it.

Please note: The above reviews come from past workshops and courses run by the tutor out with Gartmore House.
