With fabulous views of The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, they are sure to inspire you to create something special. The Taylor Room Designed in a contemporary style, the Taylor room is bright and spacious and enjoys inspiring views toward Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument. The Russell Room The Russell Room is the largest workspace in house. With a raised stage area and spectacular views across 22 miles of the Scottish Trossachs this is the perfect place to showcase your latest creation. The Cayzer Room A stunning traditional style room featuring original wooden panelling, frieze and open log fire, this cosy workspace provides guests with an environment that’s guaranteed to inspire creativity. The Oak Room With views overlooking our balcony, wooden detail, plush chairs and cosy interior the Oak Room is a haven for knitting and crochet enthusiasts. When not in use for crafting, our Oak Room is the perfect spot to sit back, chat and unwind with new friends. Whilst there are no televisions in any of the bedrooms, guests are welcome to use the television in the Oak Room. Bedrooms We have a mixture of single, twin, double, and multiple occupancy bedrooms available. Individually decorated with traditional Scottish touches and all with their own unique personality, our rooms are expertly serviced and the perfect place to unwind after a hard day’s crafting. Whether you are a solo traveller, a couple or a group of friends visiting we have a bedroom to suit your needs. Please see here for more information. The Public Lounge Our beautifully appointed lounge is the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings after a busy day of crafting. Enjoy a drink from our well-stocked bar, read a book or have a chat with friends in front of the open log fire, all whilst enjoying some of Scotland’s most incredible scenery. Library We have a small, well-stocked library where you can relax with a book, play a board game with friends or enjoy our free in-house Wi-Fi. Accessibility All workshop rooms, bedrooms, recreation areas and the restaurant are accessible via the lift. We have one dedicated accessible bedroom in house which features an en-suite bathroom with assistance rails, grab bars and a ‘roll-in’ shower. Additionally, we have a number of other bedrooms which have a shower cubicle which may fit your requirements. All other en-suite bedrooms feature a bath with a shower. Please contact us should you have any queries regarding accessibility. Wi-Fi Complimentary fibre internet is available for all guests and is available on the ground floor and public rooms. Laundry and Ironing We can provide a laundry service for guests. There is a charge of £5.00 per bag of laundry. Please note that while we aim for a quick turnaround of your laundry, this may take up to 24 hours. Iron and iron boards are available from reception free of charge. Dog Rules at Gartmore House We understand that pets are an extension of the family and we love to welcome dogs along to stay while you’re with us! However, we appreciate that not all guests are dog lovers, therefore, we have a 3-dog limit in the house at any one time. While staying with us, dogs must be kept in the guest’s bedroom, are not permitted in the public areas or dining areas and must be kept on a lead whilst in the grounds of Gartmore Estate. There is a fee of £30 to bring your dog. This fee will not apply to guide dogs or assistive dogs. Car Parking Free on-site parking is available for all guests throughout the duration of your stay.
